Cross roller bearing,because of its vertical arrangement of cylindrical roller with a 90°V groove
through the separate spacers in the deep groove rolling surface. This design allows just one
bearing to receive loads in all directions including radial, axial and moment load.
At the same time, cross roller bearing is a light weight, compact type with thinnest possible inner
and outer rings, especially for the thinnest, with high rigidity. it is optimal for applications such as
joints and swiveling units of industrial robots. swiveling tables of machining centers.rotary units of
manipulators.precision rotary tables,medical equipment, measuring instruments and IC
manufacturing machines.
Excellent rotation accuracy
The spacers fitting among cross arranged rollers prevents rollers from skewing and the rotation
torque from increasing due to friction between rollers. The spaces keeps rollers in their proper
position,thereby preventing them from skewing. It does nor cause unilateral contact of roller or
locked rollers.Since the inner and outer rings are designed to be separable, the bearing clearance
can be adjusted, in addition, a preload can be applied. These features enable accurate rotation.
Easy Handling
The inner and outer rings.Which are separable,are secured to the body after being installed with
rollers and spacers. Therefore, it is easy to handle the rings when installing the Cross Roller Bearing.
Types and features
RA series is a kind of small size and light weight cross roller bearing which the wall thickness
in thin. It receives heavy loads.
RB is a standard type with thinnest possible inner and outer rings. It is optimal for locations where
the rotational accuracy of the inner ring is required.
CRBCis a standard type with thinnest possible inner and outer rings. It is optimal for locations
where the rotational accuracy of the inner ring is required.
CRBHis a standard type with thinnest possible inner and outer rings. It is optimal for locations

RC series cylindrical cross roller bearing is similar to RB series. The two separable outer rings are
connected by cirlips.
RE is an innovative type according to the design theory of RB. The inner ring is separable while the
outer ring is integrated with the mail body.
RU does not require a presser flange of housing. The model can be used for both inner ring
rotation and outer ring rotation.
XR series taper cross roller bearings are similar to RB and CRE series cylindrical cross roller
bearing in structure. XR series has two separable outer rings or inner rings.
