GGD series ball caged heavy load radial linear motion guide is consist of rail, block, ball, re-circulator, top seal, side seal, ball cage, end seal and oil tube etc.

1．The radial force angle of GGD guide is perpendicularly downwards, which greatly improve the radial loading capacity.
2．Improve the fitness f between groove and balls to enhance load capacity and rigidity of each groove.
3．It reduced the assembly height, and optimized structure with finite element analysis to reduce 4-row mutual force points into the best, not only enhance the rail torsion resistance capacity, block anti-deformation capacity, but also save the design space for users.

Use ball cage among the balls, avoid internal collision and reduce the noise which caused by collision among the balls and move much more smoothly.

◆High speed and accuracy
Ball cage prevents the friction of balls, greatly reduce the friction variation, and it forms oil film contact between ball and cage, which reduce the heat release in running, therefore, it can achieve high speed and precision movement.

◆Long term maintenance free
With a certain amount of grease in the cage, it can achieve long term maintenance free and prolong life.
