We also supply the custom and design service to all the customers by their requirement.A client  from France inquired us about miniature ball screw similar to SKF model, miniature ball screw  is a very difficult part for manufacturing and few factories in China can handle this. But we have  very strong design and manufacturing capability. We checked our stock and made sure we could  offer what he wanted, and then we provided him our offer, we gave him our drawing. After a small  modification, he confirmed the drawing and we then offered him our sample for test. After his test,  he asked us to change the part of our miniature ball screw,we designed the drawing again and  then he confirmed the production. Then he tested again and found that there was some problem  in installing the ball screw into their equipment and asked us for solution. Although it was not our  mistake and it was not easy to solve the problem, to help our customer, we once again took out a  solution that he should increase the Number of circuits.He found it a good solution that he sang it  praises, and finally he took out a solution that change the shape of nut. we made another two  drawings according to his requirement. After his confirmation, we provided him two kinds of samples for his test. He tested it again and satisfied with our work so much that he placed a large order of  miniature ball screw with us. Since then, we have been in cooperation for almost two years now,  and we still in good business relationship with each other.
